Site Operations
We provide full traffic management planning and on-site delivery for civil and electrical works, designing and managing TMPs that meet Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency and local council requirements. Our team oversees site setup, supervision, and coordination to keep work running safely within live road corridors and public spaces while minimising disruption. Alongside traffic control, we offer hydro excavation, underground and horizontal drilling, and concrete pad installation for transformers, lighting, and other network assets. This integrated approach helps Power Jointing reduce risk, streamline operations, and support safe, efficient project delivery.
- Traffic Management Plan (TMP) design, submission, and coordination
- Full site setup, operation, and supervision of approved TMPs
- Supply and installation of temporary traffic control devices, including signage, barriers, and delineation
- Qualified TCs and STMS personnel to ensure safe and compliant work sites
- Traffic management for events, night work, and complex or time-sensitive environments
- Liaison with councils, Waka Kotahi NZTA, and local stakeholders
- Hydro excavation, underground and horizontal drilling, and concrete pad installation for network equipment
- Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for trenchless duct and cable installation
